Lord, I need your strength,

I come to you to ask you to renew me,

take my life. I feel bad,

give me a new joy of living.

For many problems I feel overwhelmed

but I trust you're by my side,

my hope is in you and in your power.

In my weaknesses you are my strength,

in my sadness you are my consolation,

in my mind you are the first one

and I want to follow you faithfully

although I have difficult times.

I ask you to be comforting my soul,

filling it with you, with your great love,

comfort me in my pain

and protect me with your Holy Spirit. Amen.
