Short Night Prayer

Tonight before going to get some rest

I thank God for the day you gave me,

for helping me, for good and difficult moments I lived,

your hand was holding me,

encouraging me, supporting me.

Take my anxiety, my concern,

I will have some rest because you are in control.

I ask you to help me overcome my weaknesses,

forgive me if I failed,

when your will Ihave not sought.

Give me the strength to be faithful

and to keep what you want.

I pray God, in the name of your son Jesus, Amen.
